For every finance transaction taken out with Alliance Equipment Finance between 1st September and the 30th November 2011, your business will receive one free entry into the draw. Tell a friend and they can also be in the running to win by taking out a finance contract with us.

If you refer business to us you are entitled to another entry in the draw.


Your contract reference is required to submit your entry and will be used to qualify all entries. Remember, if you refer any associates to us who take out a finance contract commencing during the competition, please provide them with your contract reference.  They will need to provide this when submitting their own entry, for you to receive a 'referral' entry.

 

Your contract reference will be found on the original contract and your commencement letter. Your contract reference is a series of letters, followed by a series of numbers separated by a dash (e.g ABCD-12345). Alternatively if you are unsure what your contract reference is, please contact your Relationship Manager or Customer Care via our contact us page.

Alliance Equipment Finance Red Balloon Experience promotion - Terms & Conditions

1. Competition open to participants in NSW, ACT, SA, VIC, WA, NT and QLD only. Authorised under NSW Permit No LTPS/11/07997 and ACT Permit No LTP 11/03544.

2. Individual entrants enter into this draw on behalf of the legal entity stated on their finance contract. As such Alliance Equipment Finance therefore assumes they have authority to do so.

3.One (1) entry per new settled contract dated between the promotion dates outlined in Clause 6. And one (1) entry for any individual who refers a new client to Alliance Equipment Finance, who settles a contract with us between the promotion dates outlined in Clause 6. For a referral entry, the referee must be an existing client of Alliance Equipment Finance and/or has initiated a new contract with us that commences between the dates outlined in Clause 6.

4. Duplicate entries under the same Contract Reference will see all entries under that Contract Reference deemed ineligible. The only exception to this rule is in the case of referred contracts as per Clause 3.

5. Entrants are required to submit an entry form via the Alliance Equipment Finance website for their entry to be recognised. Entrants need to access the webpage www.equipmentfinance.com.au/experience and read the terms and conditions. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the “Red Balloon Competition Enter Now” button. Entrants will then be directed to the competition form page (https://equipmentfinance.wufoo.com/forms/q7x3q7/,). Entrants will need to fill in the form, click the terms and conditions acknowledgement check box and then click the submit button at the bottom of the form, once all form sections are complete. The form will automatically be submitted to Alliance Equipment Finance.

6. Eligibility for new contracts with a commencement date from 01 September 2011 up until 30th November 2011.

7. Entry is open from 01 September 2011, closing 17:00 (AEST) 15th December 2011 for eligible contracts.

8. Prize draw to be held at Alliance Equipment Finance Pty Limited offices – (Level 3, 68 Waterloo Road, North Ryde NSW 2113), Friday 16th December at 09:00 (AEST).

9. Six (6) names will be drawn with the first eligible drawn entry declared the winner. If the first drawn entry is not legitimate because it does not conform with conditions stated in Clauses 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, the next legitimate drawn entry will be declared the winner. If none of the first six drawn entries are considered legitimate, another six entries will be drawn. This process will continue until a legitimate entry is declared the winner. Alliance Equipment Finance reserves the right to draw the additional reserve entries as stated above. We also reserve the right to record them in order in case an invalid entry is drawn.

10. Winners will be notified via email within 24 hours.

11. A barrel draw will be used to determine the winner (legal entity as determined by Alliance Equipment Finance).

12. If a prize remains unclaimed within the first 5 days, after the first attempt (Clause 9) to contact the winner – a follow up e-mail will be sent to the winner. If the prize continues to be unclaimed, a second follow up e-mail will be sent two (2) working weeks after the first follow up e-mail. A third follow up e-mail will be sent a further two (2) working weeks after the second follow up e-mail if required. The winner will have up until 17:00 23rd March 2012 to claim their prize. After which, the next legitimate drawn entry (refer Clause 9) will be awarded the prize.

13. Prize is a $1500 Red Balloon voucher. Prize not redeemable for cash and not transferable. Alliance Equipment Finance accepts no liability for the failure of the recipient to adhere to the Terms and Conditions of the voucher and its use. Or the Terms and Conditions of the particular activity redeemed by the recipient.

14. Results will be published on the Alliance Equipment Finance website on the 16th December 2011.

15. Prize will be delivered to winners by Alliance Equipment Finance staff, or courier to regional locations.
