Well this last fortnight has seen us treking through the middle east through Israel, Jordan and Saudi Arabi (and unfortunately not managing to bring about any peace in the process). The end of last week saw the team jump on a plane to a whole new continent of Africa; making a stop in Uganda to visit an orphanage there where funds raised from the GCC last year contributed to the purchase of a new vehicle to transport the kids around in.
The team remains on track to maintain 10,000+ step average per person for the challenge - with our best ever week having a team average of over 12,000 steps (no doubt helped by the numerous speeding fines that Pete continues to get!). With the half way point being passed this week we are now on the downhill run home, hoping to pick up some momentum to keep pushing daily average. Don't be worried if we look as if we haven't done much over the last couple of days - there are a few entries to be updated over the weekend which should see us move back into the vacinity of 70,000.
Hopefully we'll manage to keep up the steps this Friday - as the Sydney members will be in their slippers for Stress Down Day!
