It has been 19 days since the team embarked on their journey. They have taken 1,296,914 steps (equivalent to 830km) and have visited 31 destinations. Team Alliance e-finance are ranked 1921 out of 8334 teams and currently have an average of 9751 steps daily.

 

 

The team are starting to realise how easy it is to get up and get moving. Cleaning the house can score you 7,500 steps, if you play golf you are looking at around 19,000 steps and walking the dog for 30 minutes is an easy 5,000 steps.

 

Did you know if you walked 10,000 steps per day, for 1 week you would have travelled 44.8 kilometers and burned approximately 2811 calories?
